Account and data deletion

Choose what to remove, or request deletion of your whole account.

Confirm your identity

Use your ShadoU email or username and password. You can use this page without installing the app.

Delete selected data · keep your account

Select any combination. Your profile, login, wallet balance and transaction records stay available.

This removes data held on ShadoU.top. Local copies on phones, tablets and exported files must also be cleared on those devices. It does not cancel subscriptions.

Request account deletion

Submit a verified request to remove your ShadoU account and its associated data. This is a separate option from clearing history. Account requests are queued for processing; submitting a request does not immediately delete your account.

Support reviews any applicable transaction-retention and active-subscription requirements before completing the request. Device-local copies and exports require deletion on those devices. Store subscriptions must be managed separately.

What is retained?

Selected-data deletion keeps your account, wallet transaction records, planned workouts and anything you did not select. Minimal deletion timestamps prevent old activities and messages from returning during sync. Operational backups and security logs follow their existing retention schedule; account requests are reviewed before any retained records are confirmed.
